Job Title: Recruiter, R4R

Contract: 12 months via PAYE

Client: Media

As a member of our Core Business recruiting team, you will conceive creative ways to engage talent in EMEA.

We're passionate about disrupting the typical recruiting process in hopes to move faster. The Core Business group focus on pipelines including Recruitment (R4R), Technology, HR, Legal, Finance, Policy & Communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work with recruiting team members (Recruiting Operations, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions
• Collaborate with client groups to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization
• Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates
• Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
• Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
• Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters
• Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas
• Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires
• Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of our talent acquisition team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience recruiting and sourcing core business/operational roles Recruitment (R4R), Technology, HR, Legal, Finance, Policy & Communications etc within multinational environments
• Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
• Driven self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
• Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
