Have you recruited in Professional Services before? Do you understand the complexity of hiring various professional roles into a Global organisation? Excellent stakeholder management? A solid network and highly regarded in your network?

We are working with a client who have a very rare role available in their client people team. This position is normally appointed via promotion or moves from other departments, however due to continued expansion with her clients growing their European client base this is a brand new and additional position.

You will be responsible for your own portfolio and have the task of working with a number of stakeholders to grow their divisions, create urgency, discuss succession planning and hire strategically.

To be considered for this role you will need to have worked in house and have experience in a Global organisation within professional services.

This role isn't about volume, it's the strategic hiring of very critical roles.

Salary offered up to £70,000 plus bonus
