With keen focus on the productivity and defensibility of document review, clients rely on our comprehensive portfolio of software and services expertise and address matters ranging from internal investigations to large-scale litigation with global e-discovery requirements.The FTI Technology managed document review offering provides a comprehensive, predictable approached to managed document review, combining FTI's advanced technologies, custom workflows and deep consulting experience into a single solution for our clients.About the Role:The FTI Consulting UK Technology team is seeking to recruit an energetic, self-starting team player to join the London practice who is enthusiastic about playing a key role within the growth of our managed document review offering in Europe.Key Responsibilities:Recruit managed review contractors for various projects, including:Qualified Lawyers and ParalegalsVarying jurisdictions depending on project criteriaVarying languages depending on project criteria - including organisation of appropriate language testing as necessaryVarying specific background experience depending on project criteriaKeeping track of market rates for managed reviewer contractors with various skill sets or language abilitiesMaintain and update managed review contractor database, including:Contractor availabilityContractor specialized backgrounds and skillsAssist in operational on-boarding of managed review contractors, including:Ensuring contractor paperwork has been signed and logged into project folderEnsuring background checks completed satisfactorilySetting up contractor system loginsCoordinating send out of review materials for project start-upCoordinating project close-outAssist in checking managed review contractor invoices/timekeeping, including:Review and process contractor timesheets and invoiceAssist in operational tasks for the managed review:Coordinating the ordering and return of IT rental equipmentReviewing IT rental equipment invoicesEducation and Qualifications:Educated to degree level or equivalent (desirable)Skills and Competencies:Pragmatic with a 'can do' attitudeExemplary attention to detailHighly organised to keep all HR records and systems updatedAbility to build strong rapport/relationships at all levels across the businessMethodical approach to workStrong prioritisation skillsTeam playerGood communication skills, both written and verbalFlexible and adaptablePro-active and forward thinkingWilling to travel to FTI office(s) as requiredExperience:Experience of the full recruitment life cycle within document review projectsKnowledge of the legal and paralegal recruitment marketProven experience in a recruitment co-ordination or advisory capacityExperience in the legal or professional services industryKnowledge of and literacy with Microsoft Office packages#LI-KR2Our BenefitsApart from the well-structured career path and excellent team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.We offer a competitive benefits and wellbeing programme including private medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, income protection, flex critical illness cover, 5% employer pension contribution, holiday buy, discounted gym membership, interest free travel loans, paid volunteer hours and corporate matching for charitable donations, and much more.About FTI ConsultingWhat makes us unique?
