Job description

This position is to be performed by an IT support and the job responsibilities associated with this role are expected to include but not limited to:

• Overseeing all IT projects and operations in the UK, delivering IT services to staff and reporting to senior management on IT planning, budgets and projects
• System Management: IT infrastructure, security and service management, including day-to-day running of IT systems, IT asset procurement and policy & procedure management
• IT Compliance: Follow industry governance and regulation practices, develop solutions with legal and compliance team to fulfil regulatory duties
• Manages Europe regional Data Center project lifecycle
• Responsible for UK and regional office setup and ongoing support
• Perform the system planning, architecture, implementation and optimization
• Responsible for global IT infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
• Work closely with internal and external parties to implement projects

Skills and Abilities

• Experience of server room setup, like Electricity, CRAC systems
• Good team player and willing to learn
• Quick learner and able to learn new technologies in a short time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
• Proactive, self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Familiar with one of the programming skills (Java/ Python) is a big plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information system or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of windows server and system working experience
