Remote Services Delivery Director - EMEALA - WD

What you will do

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Leader to implement an EMEALA function that will deliver our Remote Services across our Digital Services portfolio. You will identify the scope, define the transition strategy, engage with key partners, whilst promoting Service Excellence in everything you do.

By influencing others, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to centralise the needs around Service Excellence. You will drive efficiency through process standardisation and implementation of a world-class remote Service model.

How you will do it

Be a member of the EMEALA Service team
Implement the location strategy, standard processes, practices, service delivery SLAs
Recruit, train and develop a workforce including senior management and technical professionals
Identify opportunities to increase the scope of services delivered from the ROC as delivery models evolve.
Actively engage in leading organisational and cultural change across JCI
Drive customer satisfaction
Collaborate within the buildings functions Fire and Security, Building Management Systems (BMS) and Controls, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), and Industrial Refrigeration
Identify, pursue and implement savings opportunities through optimising, business processes and lowering the cost to serve the business
Establish a robust resourcing model that provides a strong career path and succession plan to the staff. Implement and own the staff retention strategy whilst ensuring that staffing levels are managed to meet service levels
Drive perpetual service improvement to deliver profit to the business.

What we look for

We are looking for passion and credibility within the Remote Service Delivery world. Johnson Controls needs someone with knowledge of Service and Digital Transformation as we strive to develop an outstanding remote service for our customers.

Ideally, we want this individual to have experience of a large blue chip or a Tier 1 Business Process Outsourcing Organisation. We will need a successful track record and extensive knowledge of defining and delivering service strategy across a multi-disciplinary business.

Evidence of leading transformation that delivers progressive improvements to service provision and cost base is required. Practical knowledge of how technologies support and deliver business benefits and evidence of striking the right balance between people, process, and technology.
