Permanent - Full Time - 40 HoursWe are looking to recruit a Resident Liaison Officer for our Hub in Goldney Road, W9 - covering Hammersmith & Fulham.About the RoleWorking to deliver the best quality service, you'll be responsible for a first-class liaison and administrative support to our project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base, in a professional and efficient manner.Swiftly resolving and advising residents, you will log all complaints received in accordance with our policy and procures, ensuring agreed targets are delivered within your service area.About YouCandidates will have excellent customer service experience, ideally within a social housing environment, working as a Liaison Officer, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
