Retail Store Support and Operations Manager
Job description
The Retail Store Support and Operations Manager is a key role within Scope's Retail and Communities team. It is responsible for ensuring our network of c.180 shops are supported to operate effectively.

The Role
The role has accountability for several areas including:
Store support and operations. Including driving engagement and coordinating information to our shops.
Capacity planning and overseeing the management of our suppliers and customer feedback.
Gift Aid compliance and governance
Internal audit and risk
Supporting our logistics colleagues to manage their workload
About You
You will have done this type of role before and have great knowledge of retail operations and the complexities that make up an outstanding retail support function. Plus experience managing a team to get great results. You will also have excellent planning and organising skills and a very collaborative style. And be happy to role your sleeves up and get stuck in.
