About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at La Marzocco UK & Ireland within the Sales department. We currently have two offices in the UK, our head office in London and local office in Leeds. This role will be based in London. The Sales Administrator role offers the opportunity to liaise with our customers and partners in the UK & Ireland and would suit someone driven who thinks outside the box, in turn offering a highly rewarding experience.
The successful candidate has a pivotal role; works closely within our Sales team, with our Logistics department, with our customers building stronger relationships and supporting them in the growing marketplace. You will be joining our growing energetic team and reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work within the Sales team to assist in the planning, execution, and optimisation of our partner supporting strategy. This role is busy and demanding, and so it is essential that you have attention to detail, excellent time management skills and can work under pressure.
You will have a proven track record as a Sales administrator or similar role. You will work collaboratively with all departments to capitalise on every opportunity to support existing and new partners, as well as end users. You will become part of a very close working team with sales, marketing, and after sales. In addition to make sure the sales process is smooth and promptly addressed in case of any issue arising, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
This position is available immediately, initially offered on a 6-month probation period.

Job Purpose, Responsibilities and Duties
- First point of contact for meeting and greeting visitors on the phone, email and in person, addressing clients and internal enquiries using tact and diplomacy as well as preserving confidentiality while developing engaging and trustworthy inner & outer relationships
- Monitoring and maintaining showrooms to a high level, manage arrangements for meetings and supply of refreshments when needed, ensuring the showrooms are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Support the Sales team with day-to-day tasks to ensure they run the business profitably, allowing full focus on customers and growth.
- Schedule in-house and external meetings as directed ensuring compliance with Covid-19 H&S protocol. Make travel arrangements for the GM and the sales team.
- Work closer with our logistics partner Espresso Solution on stock availability, orders, delivery enquiries, loan stock to customer, etc.
- Create and maintain database, organize documents and share filing systems (MS OneDrive, Google) and contribute to general and ad-hoc administrative duties as directed by the Sales manager. Reporting and data retrieve for the sales team and/or in collaboration with the other departments.
- Help co-ordinate events at National, Regional and local level.

- Accuracy, great attention to details essential, with the ability to plan, multi-task, and prioritise workload
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, Outlook), databases and internet usage
- Self-Motivated with Strong Leadership Skills and Team-Oriented, Goal-Oriented. Someone who can think innovatively
- Proven experience as a sales administrator or similar role for at least 2 years
- Interest in speciality coffee preferable but not necessary
