Company:Our client is a leading brand within student music events and festivals (2019 saw over 170,000 guests attend their events internationally) their busy and energetic team deliver a range of international music festivals, large scale clubbing events, and live shows under a number of high profile brands.

Their offering ranges from a series of UK wide branded club nights to 4-day music and clubbing event programmes internationally.

RoleAs Sales Team Associate, youll be part of a friendly, outgoing Sales team of 10 brilliant relationship builders, working across the different event\/festival brands.

Youll be joining the Festival Team to promote the event and its brand, and secure partnerships with university societies, ticket ambassadors and promoters. Youll then work with your partners to close sales, negotiate sales terms, train, mentor and motivate on-the-ground sales reps with the end aim of making sure events meet their ticket targets.

Youll also go on-site to the events, so the role will involve international travel!

If youve got a good network with promo brands, student\/sports societies or Uni's .. then even better! Good to work with and a real passion for the product! This role will utilise your interpersonal, networking and communication skills.

Youll also need a strong knowledge of social media platforms, have the ability to absorb information quickly and thrive in a fast paced environment.Specifically to bag this brilliant role youll need to have:

2:1 level degree or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year sales and customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Motivated, good networking ability, a closer
A keen interest in events and live music is a must!

The successful candidate will gain a professional understanding of event logistics, planning and sales for one of the UKs biggest student brands. The role includes travel and event\/stage management on-site their multiple 4 night event programmes in Europe.
