About the position
Euroland Investors is looking for an Experienced Sales Manager to work in our new Milan Office.
The purpose is to contact the potential clients, close the deals, help with after-sales administration and gather market intelligence. In Euroland Investors we concentrate on establishing trustworthy long-term relationship with our prospects and customers.
Responsibilities
-Contacting current potential customers
-Developing sales strategies, creating sales forecast and achieving it
-Involve in every stage of the sales, from identifying potential business to after-sales services
-Build customer relationship by providing support and suggest new improvements
-Compiling and analyzing sales figures, maintain productivity report
-Collecting customer feedback and market research
-Reporting back to senior managers
Requirements
-Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing in/outbound sales and customer service agents.
-Italian language proficiency - Native
-A proven track record of achieving sales and quality goals
-Excellent motivational skills with a demonstrated ability to develop leaders
-Strong focus on continuous improvements and operational optimization
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and multiple operating system
-Excellent oral and written communication skills in Italian and English
-Ability to effectively respond to questions from Top Management, client, and partners
