Job description

I am representing a global private education firm to source a Revenue Operations manager to join their team during a very exciting period of growth.

Responsibilities -

  • Ensure necessary systems and operational support is provided to Salesforce users globally
  • Support the Sales team on strategic planning, collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to solve problems, implement new processes that lead to operational efficiencies
  • Collect, advise upon, scope, and prioritise requirements for changes to revenue-generating and sales-support systems across the Kaplan International Languages and Alpadia brands
  • Work closely with IT on the integration of new business systems for sales, customer service and marketing
  • Help the team identify opportunities to improve revenue flow
  • Manage and improve our technology stack (mainly Salesforce Salescloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud) with a view to optimising processes with automation
  • Be the owner and keeper of our commercial customer data, ensuring its integrity and usefulness
  • Be a fastidious and diligent updater of Salesforce and be a power user able to create reports, workflows and dashboards
  • Programme/project-manage revenue operations projects
  • Provide regular communications on new processes and deliver systems training as required
  • Advise on the use of Salesforce data in our Business Intelligence warehouse and other systems, eg, website and quoting tools
  • Provide support on additional projects as required

Experience Required

  • Proven Experience in Revenue/Sales Operations
  • Educated to Degree level
  • Demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement sales processes, procedures, and policies
  • Significant experience using and managing Salesforce Salescloud
  • Significant experience using CPQ quotation tools (SF CPQ, Apttus CPQ) (desirable)
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred)
  • Experience and proven execution with Lead-generation and Lead-management tools
  • Demonstrated success in planning, building and implementing customer-facing sales funnel and strategy
  • Driven by data and best practices - analytical with a strong grasp of database management, query development and reporting
  • Able to drill into detail and get hands dirty when required
