Sales Performance AnalystLocation: Brentford HQFull-timeSalary: £28,000 to £33,000 dependent on experienceWorking Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pmHolidays: 21 days plus bank holidays increases to 23 days plus bank holidays after 1 years' service.We're looking for a motivated Sales Performance Analyst who is passionate about sales and growing with a company like ours. We're a big company, and we need someone who is happy to chat with everyone, from our field agents to our Managing Director.As a Sales Performance Analyst, you will work closely with the sales structure, monitoring our salesmen performance and providing help there where is needed. You will also work on developing our BI tools, collaborate on the preparation of top management presentations, budgets, new product propositions and any other task that will allow you to deep-dive and learn our business model.We are currently doing a huge push for growing our Sales Performance Department with new BI tools and implement them in the Field Structure, in order to make more information available and increase our productivity.That's why this position is perfect for someone with some BI background who wants to move towards a Sales-oriented profession.Responsibilities:Work closely with the sales structure, monitoring it dailyFind innovative ways to improve and implement our sales structure follow-up using and developing our BI solutionsCollaboration on the preparation for the top management of presentations, yearly sales budget and other relevant tasks of the departmentDevelopment of our commercial offer and salesmen commissions schemesProvide key insights to Top Management about our past, current and future performance in terms of sales, financial and marketing activity and proposing new solutions to improve our current performance and processesRequirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent with excellent academic records (business or engineering)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven exceptional team playerGood presentation and documentation skillsExcellent excel skills (knowledge about SQL and databases is a plus)Good knowledge on PowerBI or similar BI toolsCuriosity to learn and developVerisure Career OpportunitiesA career with Verisure offers far more than just a job.
