Job description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a conduit between the key internal departments and the client in order to resolve regular and adhoc servicing queries across a variety of clients and investment vehicles, including pooled life funds, ETFs, UTs etc
  • Building your own relationships directly with the clients that you are managing and supporting.
  • Supporting complex third-party platform client activity including transitions and restructures.
  • Providing high quality dedicated support to a leading UK master trust client, understanding the client's objectives and servicing requirements. You'll actively manage client queries and proactively identify ways to improve the service we provide, ensuring that the client's SLAs are maintained and exceeded
  • Managing and co-ordinating all regular and bespoke reporting requirements so that clients can meet their regulatory obligations with ease

Skills required:

  • A demonstrable track record of delivering exceptional client service and developing client accounts, ideally gained within a financial services organisation
  • Detailed knowledge of the UK Pensions and Retail markets, strategic accounts and their business drivers, with a clear understanding of competitors and market dynamics
  • Strong investment and pension product knowledge and a clear understanding of institutional and retail products
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and a confident verbal communication manner
  • Exceptional understanding of investment processes and philosophies with a high attention to technical detail
  • The ability to manage large scale/volume servicing requirements of varying technical complexity, managing output to strict internal and external deadlines
  • Previous project management skills, including improving and streamlining processes
