Job description

We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced and competent Security Alarm Engineer to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for the installation of multi-discipline security systems (intruder alarms, CCTV, and door entry systems).

Key role and responsibilities for Security Alarm Engineer:

* Installation, servicing, testing, and commissioning of intruder alarms for residential and commercial clients.

* Installation, servicing and maintenance of CCTV systems (analogue & IP)

* Installation and servicing of door entry systems

* Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing security alarm equipment and CCTV systems

* Complete the relevant installation, servicing, and commissioning paperwork.

* Perform user training and demonstration to explain the operation of the system and functionality.

* The role is field based, which involves driving and working across Greater London (including central London)

Minimum requirements for Security Alarm Engineer:

* 3 years' experience

* A clean full UK driving licence

* A broad understanding of Networking (LAN, WAN, IP), in particular for CCTV is advantageous.

* Trustworthy, reliable, and available for works

* Ability to work alone or within a team

* Good communication skills

* Customer focused and committed to delivering the highest standards to our residential and commercial clients.

* Have a good understanding of industry standards and regulations, including health & safety practices.
