Job description

Aylin White are working with one of the leading building management consultancies in the world to help recruit a security manager to join one of their major investment banking accounts.
You will be tasked with looking after subcontractor/contract management with responsibility for the oversight, contract and performance management of external security providers delivering manned guarding in 8 countries across 8 sites.
Ideally, we are looking for someone that has previously worked for a consultancy on a major account as an account/contract manager.
Roles / Responsibilities:
Compliance
* Manage a compliance, performance and reporting governance framework using agreed service levels and key performance indicators.
* Ensure that security services providers (guarding, security control rooms and security systems) are compliant with Client policies and procedures.
* Conduct risk reviews and audits of the services at in scope sites.
* Support the client's security governance framework at account level.
Contract Vendor Management
* Fully accountable for management and delivery of the third-party vendors, ensuring regular account meetings are in place with key suppliers.
* Oversee supplier screening.
* In conjunction with vendors to review and ensure that security processes and procedures are compliant with the client security standards.
* Coordinate and review supplier KPI performance and implement improvement plans to drive continual performance improvement.
* Facilitate security tenders or procurement of security suppliers for the client while ensuring compliance and review in conjunction with vendors that security services meet operational standards.
Financials
* Financial accountability for the P&L for manned guarding in EMEA including reporting to client on status to plan.
Flexible Working
* The current practice is 60% in the client office and up to 40% remote. This may change in the future.
Key Skills & Abilities:
* University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 1-2 Years of relevant experience in sourcing and contract management.
* Knowledge of operational guarding contract management & sourcing in a Facilities Mgt/Project service delivery environment.
* Ability to analyse data and identify management insights, strong attention to detail.
* Experience in managing outsourced service providers against contractual obligations.
* Ability to listen and think strategically, manage risk and be innovative in problem solving
