KS2 Teaching Assistant Specification

You must be an able graduate who can show aspirations of becoming an 'Outstanding' teacher. You will have the skills to work every day with a smile, providing a positive outlook that can be shared by pupils and staff alike. We are looking for a graduate with some classroom experience or relevant work experience with children. The Headteacher is keen to invest in teacher training and would need to be sure that the person they take on is committed to their career path as a teacher.

About the KS2 Teaching Assistant Role

This KS2 Teaching Assistant position involves working primarily on an individual basis with a Year 4 student who has been identified as on the Autism Spectrum. The school can commit to offer you superb career progression at your own pace and the SLT and Head at the school will be on hand to support and guide you whenever required. Your duties will include demonstrating you have the skills, determination and talent to earn a spot on the impressive Premier Pathways PGCE scheme.
