My client school is a very popular 2 form entry Primary school based in the borough of Hounslow. The Headteacher would like to appoint a diligent, positive and proactive SENCo to join the team and take responsibility for coordination SEN and Inclusion across the school. The role will not have an intervention teaching element to it.

This position would suit a practitioner with a strong Inclusion background, a SENCo qualification would be advantageous but not essential but you will need to be an experienced Primary SENCO. You will need to be able to communicate well at all levels as your role is instrumental in building relationships with parents and carers plus external agencies to arrange the appropriate SEN initiatives for children across the school.

The role is part time for 1 to 2 days per week. The days you work can be flexible. You will be joining a very successful team who share best practice and open communication to provide an outstanding education for all children attending the school. The school have a fantastic reputation for high quality academic and pastoral care and you will be taking over from an experienced and effective SENCo. If you would like to join this fantastic team on the next step of their journey then please get in touch today for further details about the role and to make arrangements to interview.

It is essential that you have QTS or the equivalent overseas teaching qualifications recognised by NARIC. Interview will be arranged straight away with the successful SENCo joining the team in January or sooner, if available.
