Job description

You will take responsibility for successfully managing the LFS brand to increase reputation by engaging key audiences and reinforce brand values. An important part of the role is to provide best practice advice and partner with colleagues across the organisation with communications activities. This role also involves being the custodian of the LFS brand and develop campaigns, supported by the Multimedia Content Producer and in collaboration with the Marketing team.

The post holder will play a key role in managing the School's brand voice and tone and communicating through internal and external facing initiatives and will work closely with leadership teams, and key functions across the organisation to build and advance LFS's brand and reputation by supporting the strategy and execution of internal and external communications channels.

This role will be responsible for conveying our brand messages to external audiences whilst also partnering with colleagues for internal communications in the creation, adaptation and delivery of company level communication. The ideal candidate must be an exceptional communicator (written and oral) and storyteller with strong business acumen, and the ability to influence. We need someone with the expertise and experience to run measurable and creative communications campaigns to take this work to the next level. If this sounds like you, please do get in touch.
