Job description
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) position is an opportunity lead and meeting generation role working in concert with FTI account management teams and direct sales professionals. Working from Salesforce, publicly available information from customer websites, industry associations, and business intelligence services, the ISR will call targeted customer contacts to introduce our solutions, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for the direct sales professionals. FTI's Technology segment provides comprehensive eDiscovery software and services. Therefore it is not expected that the ISR will close new deals over the phone. However, as the ISR gains added knowledge and experience, it is expected that they will be able to qualify newly identified deals to determine the match of the prospect's needs and decision criteria with FTI's Technology competencies and competitive advantage. What You'll Do Reach out to (call/email) 50 contacts per day from Salesforce or ISR-generated names from publicly available resources Connect with 10-12 contacts to explain our solutions and generate interest for a meeting Schedule 2 meetings per day (on average) with interested contacts Maintain call records and activity notes in CRM database Communicate with team members to transition call and meeting information as well as receive new account information from the team Maintain daily contact with the sales management team to discuss accounts and prospects within those accounts BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree At least one year of sales experience having sold a eDiscovery services Positive, engaging, and resilient approach to an outbound outreach position and duties PREFERRED SKILLS: Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to understand the key value proposition for FTI's Technology solutions Ability to comprehend and articulate how the prospects and clients will recognize value by engaging FTI Strong reasoning skills and the ability to explain how a customized set of services might be combined to create an overall client solution Capability to understand the eDiscovery process and how different events in the lifecycle impact a prospect's decision criteria Ability to handle objections Legal experience preferredApart from the well-structured career path and excellent team environment, our employees enjoy a variety of perks and benefits.
