Overview of job
We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst with Digital experience who can help develop our Analytics capabilities across Global to drive data led decision making and build industry leading data products.
The successful applicant would be joining a passionate Analytics team who care about making a difference and work together to achieve their goals. They will be part of a team that use industry leading technology to transform the business and make a difference, in part due to having true buy in from board level.
The Senior Data Analyst will need to be confident in networking with different stakeholders to understand their business objectives, whilst ensuring they are confident and skilled in presenting their findings and recommendations.

Measures of Success:
In the first few months, you would have
- Begun to learn how the team operates and uses technologies such as Snowflake, Tableau, Amplitude, and our CDP and started to identify opportunities for how these can contribute to project briefs
- Built a clear understanding of the strategic direction of Data and Analytics as well as how these feed into the wider business' goals
- Answered multiple stakeholder briefs
- Integrated within Agile team ceremonies such as daily stand ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinements
- Become familiar with the teams that you'll be working with, whilst identifying opportunities for how Analytics can improve their decision making and processes
Responsibilities of the role
The successful applicant will be part of the Data team, providing Analytics expertise across the business to build new products and drive key decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with teams to identify key strategic opportunities for how Analytics can be used to improve decision making and project streams
- Plan and implement analysis, reporting and insights to support key business objectives across (but not limited to), Commercial, Insight & Programming teams
- Be a subject matter for datasets, advising senior colleagues on decision making based on analytics outputs
- Collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for how goals can be met using data analytics
- Maintain and proactively develop data products across multiple teams
- Help to mentor and guide other members of the team
- Work with the Data Engineering team to structure datasets that can be used to build data products and other use cases depending on stakeholder briefs
What you will need
The ideal candidate will be proactive and willing to develop and implement innovative solutions, capable of the following:
- 3+ years' experience in a Data Analyst position
- Proactive, problem solving attitude with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work both individually or part of a team
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience of using Jira
- Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail and quality
- The ability to connect and present insight to a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders to influence key decision making at all levels
- Display excellent data visualisation skills (Tableau preferred)
- Experience of using SQL databases (E.g. Snowflake)
- Experience of working with a Customer data platform (CDP) (desired)
- Experience in and understanding of analysing and interpreting data
- A demonstrated ability to learn new skills and pick up new technologies quickly
