Our client is a branding and design agency with a great name in the industry. They've got a top range of clients, a supportive and hands-on management team, and an excellent track record for delivering highly creative work across brand design, strategy, and digital design projects. They are looking for a senior project manager to join their delivery team to focus on branding.

Culture wise they have a polished but personable and refreshingly honest approach to working with their clients, while internally they are extremely collaborative, both within and between teams.They are currently spending 40% of their time in the office, one fixed, one flexible, though people are more than welcome to go in more if they prefer!

What You'll Be Doing This one is a classic digital project management role! The real focus of this role will be delivering a range of large scale platform builds and digital transformation projects, from client briefing through production and launch.

In your day to day you'll be:

Scoping work and gathering requirements.
Creating budgets, timelines and resource plans.
Stopping for a coffee and a catch up with the team.
Working closely with your clients to make sure they up to date with project developments.

Working with UXers, developers and QAs in the production phase. All of this is in house.
Resourcing for the folio of projects along with the rest of the delivery team.
Like all creative agency roles, you'll probably end up getting involved in a little more than this though, so be prepared to roll your sleeves up!

Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone with solid project delivery experience, ideally with a heavy leaning towards CX and platform build projects. Training in scrum \/ agile would be a big plus, though like many agencies they usually end up working in \"wagile\".

Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle a lot of moving parts is key, as is having an articulate and personable approach to client management with enough EQ to read a room. Experience working closely with strategists as well as designers and creatives is a big plus.
