Your JobIndeed is looking for a strategic Senior Sales Director to join our team. You will hire and manage a team dedicated to educating clients to drive sales expansion in the company.ResponsibilitiesDirect the marketing of pay-per-click advertising (PPC) services to large enterprise level organizations within the Staffing Agency verticalOwn key account relationships directly where necessaryEnsure delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual goals and manage a weekly revenue forecastRollout agreed business rules, practices and policiesHire, train and manage the performance of Directors and their respective National/Agency Accounts teamsWho You Are9+ years' senior sales experience5+ years' management experience (experience of managing of managers preferred)Detailed and extensive knowledge of the online recruitment space, especially within Staffing or Media AgenciesExperience with interactive media, including pay-per-click products idealFamiliarity with performance-based advertising products, including PPC recruitment advertisingExperience leading Sales for large Staffing Agencies preferredWho we areOur Sales force helps transform the hiring process by providing companies an easy and effective way to find the right fit for every hire. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
