Fixed Term 12 Month Contract - Full Time 35 Hours

We have big goals over the next few years.

Were going to be fighting for mental health in a way we never have before.

This is an exciting time to join us. Over the last few years, we've helped to transform public attitudes and the quality of mental health support.

But there has not been enough progress.

There was already a mental health emergency before coronavirus. But the pandemic has entrenched inequalities in the nations mental health.

The focus of our new strategy is on supporting the people disproportionately affected by mental health problems especially people from racialised communities, young people, and people living in poverty.

Will you join us?

We are looking for a Senior Evaluation Analyst to join our Strategy & Insight team. The Strategy & Insight team works across the organisation to ensure that our work is rooted in peoples lived experience of mental health and the best available evidence, and supports the organisation to plan strategically and monitor our impact.

You will conduct high quality evaluations of our work, monitor our organisational performance, and transparently share our impact & learning, in order to mobilise the change needed to achieve our strategic ambitions.

This position will initially, in line with current and potentially future guidance, be based from home.

From the New Year this role will retain some flexibility but post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days thereafter (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team).
