Learn more at icf.com.We are looking for an experienced senior compensation and benefits professional to join our global HR team, supporting our UK business and wider Europe & Asia region as a Total Rewards Senior Manager.This role will lead a small team across Europe and Asia, and will be responsible for leading the end-to-end benefits enrolment, management, and compliance processes, including embedding ICF's reward strategy, developing market intelligence, reviewing salary surveys, and supporting our compensation ranges and benchmark review. The role would also be key in driving effective total reward strategies, both across the UK and the wider region, as well as ensuring the team communicates with employees and managing all queries related to our benefits offerings, documentation, policies, reporting & metrics, audits and compliance.The Total Rewards Senior Manager will be responsible for ensuring quality delivery, participation in all identified opportunities for improvement and also drive best practice.Main Responsibilities:Benefits Administration:o Overall leadership of the administration of benefit programmes (Private Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Cycle to Work, Childcare Vouchers etc). Liaise with internal departments on benefit costs to fringe rates, annual renewal costs.o Ensure the team and individual themselves, manages employee benefit queries, including organising appropriate comms around changes to offerings, new benefits etc.o Monitor and evaluate the company's benefits programs including insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off and vacation policies, and ensure these programs are current with regard to legislations, trends, practices and costso Liaising and partnering with market vendors for renewals, benefit queries and employee issue resolutiono Take a lead on data requirements gathering, file validation/submission and testing processes for compensation tools and benefits vendors/platformso Data/files management and reporting.o Support Finance and Accounting teams in annual benefits fringe calculations and reportingPension Administrationo Overall leadership and responsibility of for the monthly processing of UK pension contributions, using our provider's system alongside internal payroll reports.o Answer questions related to pensions from employees and action changes to contributions, opt-in/opt-out requests and ad hoc issues.Compensation Analysiso Monitoring internal equity and external benchmarkso Monitor UK legislation regarding compensation and benefitso Support Leaders and Managers with compensation queries/issues (internal equity assessments, new hire offers, sign on/retention bonuses)Process Responsibilities: Apply knowledge/skills to support tasks related to all compensation disciplines, including - market intelligence, rewards planning and compensation ranges and benchmarks.Rewards Planning:o Standard/periodic reporting and analytics and year-end annual reporting and analytics.o Annual activities - collaborate/recommend local comp guidelines, salary ranges, merit/promotion metrics, etc.o Execute ad-hoc reporting for special projects and researching salary benchmarksMarket Intelligence (MI):o Survey selection process including job matching guidelines review/update, and market data procuremento Market data analytics and reporting using salary survey toolso Attend webinars conducted by vendor companies and consultants to keep up to date on data and market practice.Experience RequirementsAt least 8 yrs+ of compensation & benefits experience in high-growth companies;Knowledge of Radford, WTW and other published surveysWorking knowledge of equity for a public companyBusiness acumen and financial analysis skillsExcellent interpersonal, customer service and written/verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to bring programs from concept to successful implementationAbility to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgmentProactive, collaborative team member with excellent attention to detail and strong sense of urgency and follow throughWorkday experience is preferredProficiency in MS-Excel, Google Sheets, etc.Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experienceBasic Requirements:Ensure high quality work and meet deliverable requirements/targets/timelinesExhibit effective time/work managementContribute to strengthen/expand stakeholder relationshipsInteract with the stakeholders/vendors and escalate issues as neededAdhere to standard internal procedures to improve the quality of services/benefits provided to our employeesProactively propose process improvements by providing implementable solutions to manage process deliveryShare knowledge/best practices with team members relating to own specialization.Personal Qualities:Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work within multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams spread across several countriesSound research and business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential informationAbility to be flexible to handle multiple priorities, and manage a varied workload to achieve agreed deadlines without compromising quality or standardsHighly developed, interpersonal skills and self-motivationHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to demonstrate a can-do approach, as a problem solver and team player.#indeed # CCEAWorking at ICFWorking at ICF means applying a passion for meaningful work with intellectual rigor to help solve the leading issues of our day.
