The Company - Senior Marketing Manager

Our client is a B2B services organisation, innovating and changing the space within their sector. They're seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team, managing 2 and reporting directly into the CEO.

This position is a minimum of 2 days in their Central London offices per week.

The Role - Senior Marketing Manager

You'll be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategies, with the assistance of the team of 2 and freelancers. You'll control the messaging to clients, ensuring consistency, raising brand awareness and the go to market strategy.

You'll have a digital lean, able to manage the website, social media channels, content calendars, conduct multi-channel demand generation campaigns, PPC, email and maintain the CRM.

Requirements - Senior Marketing Manager

Senior level marketing experience across the full marketing mix, with a lean towards digital and content.
Demonstrable experience in developing and leading on marketing strategies.
Be target driven, with excellent communications skills across multiple departments and levels.
Line management experience.
B2B experience, ideally within services, SaaS, or similar where demand generation is key.

This is a fantastic position for someone really looking to own and build the marketing function and their own team, within an exciting and growing organisation.

Location

This position is based 2 days in the office in Central London - accessible on the circle, metropolitan and northern lines, and easy to reach from the surrounding counties of Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Cambridge city to name a few. It's a full-time position, with the other 3 days being remote working.
