Harris Hill are delighted to be working with beloved national charity that campaigns to end homelessness. Their hugely successful High Value Partnerships team are growing and are looking to recruit a new Senior Philanthropy Manager. The team have ambitious plans to significantly grow income to over £3 million a year and they are looking for a proactive Senior Philanthropy Manager to play a pivotal role in their success, focusing on developing new six and seven figure relationships.

This role is working on a small portfolio of donors, but the predominant thrust of the role is working on bringing on new donors and upscaling supporters. Within this role you will also need to build a pipeline of prospective high net worth donors, working closely with prospect research and events colleagues, taking the lead in identifying and testing tactics and products that attract new high value audiences.

You will also be key in developing innovative propositions to attract philanthropic gifts, and to grow a pipeline of prospective donors capable of six and seven-figure gifts.

To be considered for this role:

• Bring experience in soliciting five and six figure donations from high net worth individuals or working with high net worth clients in a private sector role. In sector experience is preferable.
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a confident approach to donor management.
