Job Description
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will will own the messaging, positioning and go-to-market strategy for our global products and experiences to ensure all customers understand and use all our products and experiences to the best advantage for their use case.

You'll be embedded in the global product team, working on discovery initiatives to drive growth and directly influence the product roadmap.

You'll be responsible for launching new products to customers across all of our regions, and run campaigns and experiments to drive adoption of existing products to new and existing customers.

You will know our end-users and customers inside out and understand their needs, pain points, and use cases.

You'll test and iterate on our messaging to figure out what resonates most effectively with our key segments, and help regional marketing teams optimize on targeting, messaging, and segmentation.

What you get to do:

• Represent the market on the product team, leading competitive benchmarking, customer segmentation, opportunity assessment etc to prioritize product opportunities.

• Partner closely with product teams to define the strategy, roadmap and success metrics for products, ensuring product market fit and long-term lifecycle management

• Develop the value proposition, messaging frameworks and positioning for our global product offerings.

• Maintain and create marketing and sales enablement content.

• Lead go-to-market strategies for key launches and measure results.

• Improve existing messaging and design experiments to increase product adoption and growth.

• Work closely with the regional marketing teams to develop marketing roadmaps and campaigns.

• Maintain and communicate product release roadmap with wider company.

The Successful Applicant
What you bring to the role:

• Proven successful experience in a product marketing role, driving product adoption

• You have successfully launched new products and features for a consumer tech or fintech company, ideally a scale-up.

• Experience designing and running landing page tests to improve conversion.

• Responsible for running experiments on owned channels including email, push, and in-product.

• You have owned and run hands-on customer insights work (comfortable running interviews, focus groups, surveys), and are highly customer-centric.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - you can distill complex products into a simple, easy to understand narrative.

• Strong analytical skills, have experience with Looker / Tableau or other data analytics tools.

• You're a self-starter with natural drive to get things done and work cross-team.
