Job description

The Investment Management arm of a leading Commercial Real Estate firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager to deliver a project aimed at consolidating 6 client focused systems into 1. The role is offered on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the term.

The focus of this role is to lead the planning and ongoing oversight of the project including the project governance framework, communications plan, and performance reporting from initiation through to closure of the project. Additionally, the Project Manager will administer the Steering Committee activities (SteerCo is based across multiple locations and time zones), including meetings, approvals, and reporting. To be successful in this role the candidate will need to quickly build collaborative relationships with the business sponsor, Steering Committee members, SMEs and project team and establish clear lines of decision making and communication between these stakeholders.

• Project Management skill set having delivered global projects
• Experience from the Financial Services industry, ideally Investment Management or Real Estate but candidates from other parts of the industry will be considered
• Experience if implementing SaaS solutions - ideally client portals or CRM systems
