Job description

One of our global entertainment clients is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a business-critical project end-to-end, with an emphasis on system enhancement

"In this role, you will be crucial to the end-to-end delivery of a project moving the reporting and ticketing platform to a new system. You will be required to deliver an exceptional customer service to key stakeholders, enhancing systems and innovating solutions. You must be able to proactively deliver the full project life cycle, with the flexibility to adapt to a developing project environment, while being an inspiring and motivating leader."

Key responsibilities:

• Working with the business to manage the project end-to-end
• Ensuring requirements are accurate and the testing and delivery approach are effective and approved by the business
• Determine the integration points between systems, understanding functional and coding changes and understanding user pain points
• Communicating effectively and regularly with a variety of stakeholders to update on progress and ensure project pipeline is understood

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• A proactive mindset which is flexible and open to adapt within a low maturity project environment
• An understanding of architecture diagram, with the ability to talk to solution architects and developers
• An adaptive approach to stakeholder management and communication, with a focus on customer experience
• Extensive experience delivering projects in a mixed methodology environment

The role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. The role is remote with travel to London required. They are looking for someone to start ASAP, therefore we can only accept a maximum of 1 month notice period
