About the Senior Building Control Project Manager role:
SOCOTEC Building Control is the market-leading independent provider of building control and the recognised authority on all matters regarding Building Regulations. We are looking for Senior Building Control Project Manager to join us during our exciting period of growth and development across the country. We are particularly looking to expand our teams in Bicester, London, Leeds and Rainham and will consider home-based locations.
Client focused and quality driven, we are a leading provider of Building Control. Now we need a Senior Building Control Project Manager.
You will:
* Assist with the smooth operation of the offices for which the manager has a responsibility
* Assist in the analysis of the workload within the allocated office
* Be responsible for the operational control of the customer base
* Develop business opportunities and market the services offered by the company
* Provide support, supervision, training and guidance to staff within their remit of control
About you:
We're looking for a professional, dynamic and motivated individual with ability to work alone and as part of a team.
Communicative, organised, flexible and committed, you must also have:
* Full membership of RICS,/CABE or equivalent (or qualified by suitable experience)
* Be fully conversant with all relevant legislation
* Be able to communicate effectively (verbally, writing and electronically) to meet the job purpose
