Reference No 17122Job Title Senior Property ManagerType PermanentSalary Range CompetitiveDivision CommercialSub Division ConsultancyDepartment Property Asset Management ()Location 55 Baker StreetBased in our Global HQ at Baker Street, our growing Property Asset Management department is looking to recruit a Senior Surveyor to work within the Central London team, providing property management services to a number of our prestigious clients.You will be responsible for all management functions, including rent collection, service charge management and diary control, building strong tenant relationships, understanding their business models to ensure prompt payment of all rental monies and liaising with the property administrators, client accounting team and facilities managers (all internal functions) to ensure the assets are operating optimally and managed in an efficient and professional manner.This is a really exciting opportunity to work with some of Knight Frank's key clients and to build on our fantastic reputation. You will be given responsibility to deal with all property management queries for the portfolios and will be given the skills to continue to develop your career further.You will have 2+ years post qualified experience and will have previously worked in property management across a variety of asset classes.
