An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us here at Knight Frank, and we are currently seeking a Senior Research Analyst to join our London Research department.In the Senior Research Analyst role, you will be responsible for:Leading internal discussions regarding current and future trends in the London office marketTaking ownership of the timely production of propriety market data aggregatesProviding insightful analysis to internal and external clientsContributing to building the London Research team brandManaging the quarterly process of finalising and verifying London office market data aggregates, including designing a data verification system for detecting anomalies in market indicators and working with the London Research Partner to scrutinise and identify emerging trendsCoordinating with City, West End leasing, and Capital Markets teams to have timely production of rent and yields dataTaking ownership of London Research data repositories and using third party software to organise warehousing of proprietary dataResponding to data enquiries in a timely manner whilst providing insightful and accurate analysisBuilding and maintaining relationships in London business / Commercial Research teamsWorking with the London Research Partner to deliver quarterly London House View and to identify key economic themes, verification of forecasts, and presenting to London business teamsWorking with the London Research Partner to deliver quarterly market reports and the annual London ReportContributing to the production of periodic thought leadership reportsDeveloping your knowledge base around political, economic, social, environmental, and technological changes that impact the London marketTo be successful in the Senior Research Analyst role you will have the following skills and experience:Around 3 to 5 years' experience of working in Real Estate researchA postgraduate qualification in Real Estate or EconomicsProfessional qualifications such as IMC or CFA is advantageousHighly proficient in Microsoft packages, especially Excel and PowerPointAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesStrong communications skills to include report writing, presentations, and speaking to varied groupsPrevious experience of using third party data such as Macrobond#1
