If your answer is yes, you're going to fit right in with our team. We're looking for a Scrum Master to support our Global Delivery Team. We are a group of creative and ambitious individuals whose bread and butter is delivering great products, solving business problems, learning new technologies and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment - we're looking for partners in crime who feel the same.Guiding the team on Agile principles and practices, and how to use them to deliver valuable outcomesAssessing the Agile maturity of your team and help them improve, to achieve a higher level of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for themRemoving impediments & guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnelHelping build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on learning and adapting, healing and problem-solvingFacilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the workFacilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolutionDemonstrating a real willingness to disrupt the status quo and execute this confidently, sensitively handling difficult conversations when requiredAssisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency using a variety of methods and toolings, and radiating the right informationDemonstrating vast knowledge of various patterns, anti-patterns and techniques to help the team understand issues and improve e.g. Retrospective formats, basic team metrics burndowns, simple root cause analysis techniques etcYou actively listen to different opinions and experiences & openly share your experiences and contribute to discussions in the Delivery communityDemonstrate an awareness of your stakeholders and customers and how to involve them in the product development journeyAre You?A Scrum Master who truly believes in the principles of Agile; not just the processes.
