What will you do?
As a Kaptius ServiceNow Technical Architect you will be responsible for providing guidance and thought leadership to both our client and internal resources in platform design, integration design, development standards, platform management methods, and technology strategy consulting.
A day in the life will include:
- Fulfils technical design and leadership and ensures the highest standard of technical quality.
- Provides technical design guidance to Fruition and client partners.
- Educates clients and negotiates the right technical solutions.
- Delivers a positive and value-add experience to clients in every interaction.
- Leads, educates, mentors, and develops Fruition resources
- Assists in the scoping of new opportunities, designing tools and techniques to deliver efficiently.
- Ensures each artifact produced, each configured technical component, and all personal
- Interactions are of the highest quality.
- Acts as the final escalation point for technical decision-making within a program.
