Job description

Sharepoint Administrator - London

Morson International are working with a not-for-profit organisation who are looking for a Sharepoint Administrator to join their team in London. This is an initial 3 month contract, where they are paying £325 a day, inside IR35. The role will be remote based with travel into the offices a couple of times a month.

The Sharepoint Administrator will be involved in:

Supporting users in project based and production deployments of related Microsoft Office 365 technologies with specific focus on SharePoint.
Supporting planning and executing data migrations from SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online.
Manage multiple tickets/issues concurrently while being a strong communicator to work with various end users and support groups is a key to success.
Monitor and maintain collaboration solutions with a focus on Microsoft Office 365.
Ensuring that LFB ICT change control procedures are followed for changes to development, test and live instances of LFB ICT SharePoint environments.
Participating in meetings and workshops during IICT system analysis and subsequent system development when required.

The successful Sharepoint Administrator will have:

SharePoint 2013 on premise and SharePoint Online administration
Microsoft Teams administration
Power apps administration
Power Automate and Power Flow
M365
Sharegate
Effective analytical and decision-making skills in order to undertake research on a range of issues analyse procedures and problems and identify and implement solutions.
Experience of working in a customer/client environment and of promoting effective internal and/or external customer relationships, placing a high value on customer satisfaction.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in order to negotiate effectively, make presentations, advise and update senior managers and write reports, specifications, statements of requirements and briefing notes etc.
Acting as the liaison between the users and 3rd party software suppliers during system development and implementation.
In addition to the duties set out above you may from time to time be required to undertake extra duties necessary to meet the needs of the client. Such duties to be commensurate with the responsibilities and grading of the post.
