Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + commission

Benefits: £400 car allowance & full comprehensive benefit packages

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Architectural Mesh Systems will involve:

* Field sales position selling a wide range of architectural metal mesh systems for both interior and exterior applications

* All of your time will be spent generating specifications via architects and designers

* Dealing with projects from specification through design, tender, sales and installation

* Typical projects would include hotels, schools, colleges, leisure centres, housing, office refurbs

* Dealing with a range of order values from £1k a value of £350k

* Targeted to achieve circa £500k-£1m turnover

* You will be give active live projects to work on immediately alongside a bank of existing enquires

* Your time will be split evenly between managing existing accounts versus developing new business

The ideal applicant will be Specification Sales Manager - Architectural Mesh Systems with:

* Must have a demonstrable track record in specification sales via architects, surveyor, consultants

* Must have sold a technical related exterior or interior product such as: metal meshwork, architectural panels, architectural mesh, metal cladding, metal facades, facades, interior, panelling, interior products, external wall panels, roofing, balustrades, balconies

* Strong technical understanding of buildings, regulations and a technical understanding of cladding projects would be advantageous

* Comfortable and ideally experience in dealing with complex and bespoke projects

* Strong appreciation for aesthetically pleasing construction projects

* Consultative and solution based sales approach

* Strong emphasis on customer service, team player, determined and organised

* A 'people-person'
