Area to be covered: London (based from North London office)
Remuneration: £38,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience) + £5,000 - £10,000 bonus

The role of the Internal Specification Sales Manager - Decorative Coatings will involve:
* Office based field sales position selling a high quality range of decorative coatings for interior and exteriors applications such as floors, walls, furniture and swimming pools
* Majority of your time will be spent generating specifications via architects and interior designers
* The remaining portion of your time will be spent managing the process through to installation with installers, main and sub-contractors
* Dealing with projects from cradle to grave
* Will be expected to turnover circa £750k first year and grow year on year
* Order value can range from £10k-£350k+ depending on size and scope
* Targeting projects such as: high-rise residential, luxury housing and public sectors
* Will cover predominantly inside the M25 however may have the occasional projects in the home counties
The ideal applicant will be Internal Specification Sales Manager - Decorative Coatings with:
* Must have experience selling to architects and interior desingers A&D
* Ideally contacts in the A&D market place
* Would consider someone with 1 / 2 years' experience
* Ideally managed the project through to installation rather than just getting specified
* Ideally have experience selling decorative coatings or related products such as: concrete wallcoverings, decorative plasters, plasters, mortars, wallcoverings, tiles, renders, decorative paint, stone etc
* However will consider any products sold to architects and designers
* High strategic thinker, with measured problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Strong communication skills and good presentation
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure, prioritising to meet deadlines, managing busy workload and multi-tasking
