Job description

As a member of the Office Support team of an ambitious and growing creative studio, you play an integral part in ensuring the Studio is managed smoothly. You will be responsible for co-ordinating the administrative duties involved in running the Studio and providing the very best support to the HR Manager.

With your ability to overcome logistical challenges, you will help to manage processes and implement change for the better. This will be a broad and varied role that will enable all HR & people activities to run efficiently.

You will have good research and evaluation skills and have the aptitude to apply common sense when tackling a range of challenges.

You need to display confidence and share knowledge while being positive in your personal approach and when working as a team.

You will frequently be front of house and the first touchpoint for a range of important clients and as such are our Company Ambassador.

You will always be a friend to all, supporting clients and the teams at our company to achieve their very best.

Alongside the key responsibilities, youll be a self-starter who is eager to take on a wide variety of tasks. You are a friendly face at the office, and you use your warm personality to make good connections across the agency, making all visitors to the office feel welcome.

You learn quickly and are keen to take on your own responsibilities as your knowledge grows. No task is too small;
you will show care and attention to everything you do. Ideally you will also have a creative flair for making internal event communications and birthday cards and presenting and articulating research clearly.
