This exciting SuccessFactors System Administrator role can be delivered from anywhere within the UK so should appeal to those looking for remote work. The HR Shared Services Group of this hugely successful Financial Services corporate require an experienced SuccessFactors System Administrator who can deliver system administration of their SAP SuccessFactors HRIS solution which can be supported remotely from anywhere within the UK.

With much of the focus on the LMS and Performance modules, the SuccessFactors System Administrator will provide day to day support for Users of the Learning Management System & Performance modules, solving Mailbox, password & sometimes more challenging issues. Other work includes upgrades & system enhancements, the testing, loading & configuration of online content and ensuring the HRIS is available, data compliant and working well.

Other responsibilities include process design, assessing how best the company can benefit from the data insights available within SuccessFactors, together with Reporting - so knowledge of BusinessObjects or PowerBI would be highly beneficial.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors system administration
• Good knowledge of the SuccessFactors Modules including LMS & Performance
• Comfortable deploying models/analysis to drive greater database performance
• Experience of SuccessFactors configuration, testing and deployment of system changes.
• Knowledge of BusinessObjects or PowerBI is useful
• Good MS Office skills including good MS Excel
• Good communications skills with good attention to detail
