SUSTAINABILITY SPECIALIST ASSESSOR - LONDON - PERMANENT - £39,250 - £56,465
ARM are working with a well-known Rail client and we are recruiting for a Sustainability Specialist Assessor to join their team based in London.
About You:
* You will be an experienced Assessor with demonstrable experience of assessments in either (or both) BREEAM and CEEQUAL
* You have be knowledgeable with regards to the manuals for these assessments
* You will have experience of working groups and in strategy and be able to provide examples of this
* Your background could be from construction, principal contractors or consultancy providing these services
What you will be doing:
This role will be helping our clients to ensure that they meet the needs for both BREEAM and CEEQUAL assessments and ensuring that both internal and external parties and helping the company meet these. It will also see you liaising with the bodies to facilitate compliance. You will also be involved with working groups and updating the company on progress. There will be some assessing involved, but only light touch assessments.
This position is based from the office in London. The company are working a hybrid model with home and office working (50% across 2 weeks). However if you require a slightly different model, this can be considered, but some office working will be needed.
The salary range for this position is between £39,250 and £56,465 per annum. On top of this is ab excellent benefits package that includes generous pension, private healthcare and much more, as well as the ability to purchase extra benefits.
