Reference No 14621Job Title Systems TrainerType Fixed Term ContractSalary Range CompetitiveDivision Business ServicesSub Division Business ServicesDepartment Human Resources ()Location 55 Baker StreetOur HR department based in our Baker Street Head office is now looking to recruit a Learning and Systems Trainer on a 9 month fixed term contract.Activities will cover planning, developing and delivering systems training via workshops/presentations/one-to-one sessions - delivered via classroom and on-line in partnership with other systems support departments.Knight Frank has a property platform which has been developed in-house. This platform spans the whole of the firm and much of the training team's time is spent working with developers and product owners while updating documentation and training plans each time changes are implemented and training staff on new features. The recruited trainer for this role must be prepared for a steep learning curve as well as becoming familiar with all other systems used.Responsibilities will include:Training and support on the use of all the firm's IT systems, inter alia, hub (bespoke) Global Life(intranet), Radius, Working Life (SAP), Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams Telephony and any others as and when required. Training will be delivered by classroom, webinars, workshops, eLearning and documentationTraining new joiners to use the basics of Knight Frank systems, taking responsibility for follow up trainingUnderstanding business processes, needs and problems and ensuring systems usage is linked with these processesComposition and delivery of classroom and online sessions, workshops to groups of end users and also on a one-to-one basisWriting training support materials, quick reference guides, lesson plans and eLearningAnswering 'how do I' questions from the firm, by telephone, email, in-personProfessional experience and personal skills profileQualifications/Education Required.Training Qualifications or a relevant degree in education preferable.Expected/Desirable Experience and Systems/IT competenceMinimum 3 years' experience training IT systems with a good level of exposure to business processes and/or operational experience of working within the property industryPrevious experience working with data sets and systems within a property or similar sales-driven environmentExperience of composing and delivery of classroom and online sessions, presentations /workshops/ training essentialHands-on software troubleshooting and product support experienceExperience of developing training materials specifically for delivery via eLearning
