Talent Acquisition Manager for a prestigious organisation £55k

Your new company
A Talent Acquisition Manager is required to be part of a People and Culture team of a prestigious organisation based in East London

Your new role
This is an interesting and varied role for an experienced recruiter with previous agency and in-house recruitment experience. The role will be responsible for recruiting a wide range of roles from operational to corporate positions as needed, on average recruiting around 8-10 positions at any given time. You will be a confident social media user, looking to find ways of sourcing candidates directly whilst building the employer brand both internally and externally. The position will have the opportunity to review existing recruitment processes and implement changes to enhance the candidate experience. You will be responsible for the full talent acquisition process: from vacancy identification, business case justification, approval, advertising, selection, offering employment and onboarding, working closely with managers right through to successful completion of probation.
You will engage new employees ensuring they integrate with the business as quickly and seamlessly as possible. This is a great development opportunity for a solid performing recruiter to work in a business who holds People and Culture central to its strategic purpose.
What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you will have previous Recruitment experience, agency and Inhouse. A high degree of emotional intelligence, influencing and relationship building skills. A good knowledge of marketing and social media. Technical recruitment and selection skills (including competency and values based motivation, confidence and persistence in driving forward tasks to achieve outcome.
Exceptional ability matching capability/ personality to job roles effectively at all levels.
Degree education and Institute of Recruitment Professionals membership are preferable. Ability and personality profiling qualifications would be advantageous
