Stanton House is currently recruiting for an interim Tax and Treasury Accountant to join a fast growing international brand for a period of 6 months with the option of temp to perm. The hiring manager for the position said:

"This is a newly created role whereby the successful candidate will be assisting the Group Finance and Tax Manager in all areas of tax and treasury at a group level across various international locations. The role would be best suited to someone who is solutions focused, client centric and able to adapt to change."

Responsibilities:

• Transfer pricing calculations and invoicing across the group.
• Complete, present and implement the sales tax review and compliance according to best practice.
• Maintain compliance records and documentation to support tax filings and payments.
• Maintain tax risk management in line with company best practice.
• Prepare the groups Cash flow forecast and the liquidity dashboard.
• Reconciliation of the hedges and the FX exposure across the Group.
• Work collaboratively across the Finance teams to ensure deliverables and the needs of its stakeholders are met.

To be suitable for this role you must have the following:

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent).
• A recognised UK tax/treasury qualification or equivalent.
• An in-depth understanding of financial accounting systems and analytical processes.
• Strong tax expertise of international groups with knowledge of UK GAAP.
• Experience working with advisors and auditors on a group and component level.
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
