Join us and make a difference.We are now looking for a Team Coordinator who, reporting to the Business Strategy and Operations Lead will be responsible for:Effective coordination of Calendar/Agenda and travel logistics to CEETII Strat & Ops Lead, plus other managers/members of the CEETII HQLT based at the Uxbridge site.Extended administrative support to functional CEETII team based in the Uxbridge site.Member of CEETII Strat & Ops team and responsible for the agenda and topics prioritizationSupporting the cluster initiatives related to capabilities enhancement from Commercialization and Brand perspective.Active support in cross-country events (internal and external)Act as single point of contact for all the initiatives that requires interactions with Markets or collection of feedback.Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to GM CEETII, providing cover as and when requiredKEY ATTRIBUTES:A problem solver with a can-do approach together with strong verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with peers.Possesses strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management and different cultures.Ability to develop relationships within the organization and learn the formal and informal organization structure to assist in goal achievement.Handle department and Company sensitive information with discretion to ensure confidentiality.Delivers high-quality workmanship with attention to detail to ensure data/information accuracy and timelines.Ability to frame complex and multi-stakeholder discussions.Demonstrate proficiency in computer software applications e.g. Microsoft applications, Concur, SAP/Ariba.Prioritizes multiple tasks to meet or exceed deadlines, while operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.Work with minimal supervision, sets priorities, uses good initiative, follow-up and focuses on details.Works on projects independently or as a member of a team, utilizing the contributions of other team members to complete projectsREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:Fluent in English (written and spoken)Extensive administrative experience in an international, fast- paced, business environment utilising Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Yammer), plus co-ordination of e-conferencing/virtual meetings.Project and time management skills.Flexible and adaptable in a fast changing and multi-tasking environment.Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels of management and different cultures, with the ability to develop the formal and informal relationships within the organisationExperience supporting, partnering, and influencing a range of culturally diverse people.Around the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
