Alexander House offers a beautiful garden which is always a popular choice to the people living here!About the Role:Being a Team Leader with Keychange, you will: Assist the people we support with day to day living tasks and personal care; Update care plans. Helping the people we support to take part in activities; Administering medication. Maintain an environment that is appropriate to the needs of the people we support.About you:In order to be considered for the role of Team Leader, it is essential that you have worked within a similar environment and that you have medication training. Ideally you will have leadership experience, be computer literate.
