IT Manager/Technical Operations Lead - Perm - Flexible working - Apple, JAMF, Citrix, OKTA, Microsoft, cloud, Apple macOS, IOS management

My client is a progressive InsurTech business who build Insurance platforms for their clients, they are a disruptive business who are seeing fantastic growth, they have a real team ethos environment and provide unrivalled career progression.

THE ROLE

We are looking for someone to hit the ground running and have a vast working-experience of Okta, Microsoft Azure infrastructure, Citrix Virtualisation, and Apple/Windows remote management via MDM solutions such as Jamf/InTune/MobileIron.

This role will be reporting to the VP Technology Operations. Working within a FinTech start-up, you will be taking ownership of all IT infrastructure, SaaS eco-system, and managing the IT Service Desk. The successful candidate will be leading projects, for new & existing deployments to global offices.

There is flexibility in working remotely. Your role will be to bring new ideas to the table, and assist the VP Technology Operations in delivering, managing, and scaling best-of-breed IT solutions to the group. They are currently an Apple dominant estate (95%/5%),

We are looking for a strong TechOps Lead with strong working experience in both Microsoft O365 & Apple estates.

  • Apple macOS & IOS management

  • Citrix Virtualisation

REQUIRED

  • ITIL v4 Foundation certified (including working with an ITIL focussed IT Service Desk)
  • Okta IdP experience managing user, app, and SSO/API management
  • Ownership/Management of IT helpdesk for at least a minimum of 3 years
  • Jamf 200 certified or above
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator
  • IT Support experience (1st - 3rd line support) for a minimum of 5 years
