Territory Manager - Surgical Ophthalmology (Lenses) - London & South East EnglandOur client is major player in the Ophthalmology marketplace across the UK and Europe and the United States. At this important time for the organisation, they are looking for a talented Territory Manager to join their high performing UK surgical sales team to work covering the London & South East England territory.The product portfolio focuses on surgical ophthalmology targeting a need in the marketplace for lenses in the theatre environment. This is a brand new role introduced to cover the huge sales potential so it's important that the new incumbent will be a solutions-focused individual with a pro-active commercial mind-set.The ideal candidate will have ophthalmology or medical device sales experience, gained within a strategic sales role and a proven track record of sales success. However, candidates with a strong sales background in other areas will also be considered, provided it is within a technical sales function at key account/hospital level. You will be ready to take on the next challenge into a highly visible sales role and advance your sales career.They are interested in people with strong entrepreneurial skills, who think on their feet, are proactive, innovative and recognise opportunities whilst always being mindful of the need to get a return on investment (both of time and resources).
