Job description

The Analyst will work closely with a Director and a Partner in a deal team and be responsible for supporting all elements of the deal process as well as managing significant work streams on their own. With much client exposure and the need to develop relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external this role carries a high degree of responsibility towards deal success. Transactions are UK and European based and joint mandates won with our other international offices are also growing. This is an excellent opportunity to move into corporate finance from possibly an accounting background.

§ The ideal individual will either be an ACA working for one of the top-tier accounting firms in London or an Investment Banking Analyst looking for a move into sector specialisation or a boutique firm

§ You might have transaction services experience, be looking to make a move into M & A with a specific interest in our sectors, or already be working for another advisory firm.

§ Either way, you'll be highly conversant with financials and able to model with a high degree of skill

§ You might be keen to move out of a backroom role into one which is much more client-facing.

§ Experience or knowledge of the Digital/Marcoms or Tech markets is very helpful, although more important is the demonstrable interest and enthusiasm to learn.
