Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving process improvement across the operations and trading teams
  • Manage a variety of operational responsibilities including implementation of new trading systems
  • Communicate clearly with the front, middle, and back-office teams to ensure operational excellence and smooth implementation of new processes and trading systems
  • Provide high-level support to Front Office across sites in Europe and Asia

Key Skills

  • AVP level, so a minimum of 3 years working experience is required.
  • excellent English language skills and any other language skills are a plus.
  • The candidate needs to be innovative, problem-solving, forward-thinking, and able to work on their own and in a team.
