VP IT Desktop Support Analyst Purpose of the position

My client is looking for a VIP Desktop Support Analyst to provide day-to-day white glove process & technical support for Senior Executives & their Administrative Assistants. This role requires a very high level of technical proficiency & requires an individual with executive presence & strong communication skills. The team member must quickly & effectively diagnose & resolve issues related to PCs, mobile devices, printers, videoconferencing, Teams Enterprise Voice, business application software, telecommunication issues & potentially local network issues. The team member will support executive level conferences & events at the headquarters location as well as occasional offsite events (i. e. board meetings, earnings calls, leadership meetings, etc.)

VP IT Desktop Support Analyst Academic, Industry & work experience qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience/certification.
At least 3 years providing Executive Support
At least 3 years installing & supporting Windows 10 desktops, OS X, Office 365 Suite,
Android & iOS mobile devices.
At least 3 years installing & configuring computer peripherals such as external monitors, cameras, printers, scanner, etc.
IT Help desk software versatile (Remedy, ServiceNow)
At least 3 years installing & configuring end-user applications & ensuring they are patched & running optimally for the user.
At least 2 years implementing & supporting Microsoft System Center Configurations
Manager (SCCM) or equivalent endpoint management tool.
At least 2 years working with administrative scripts (VBScript, Java Script, Powershell, etc.).
Experience working with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Microsoft Active Directory Security Groups & Active Directory Group Policies.
Experience with Mobile Device Management technologies.
Exemplary documentation skills.
Experience defining objectives, goals, schedules, & assignments with business leaders.
Experience providing customer service to internal customers.
Experience prioritizing workload & scheduling effectively to meet deadlines.
Experience developing ways to accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives & determining when escalation of issues is necessary.
CompTIA A+ &/or Network+ certifications a plus.
Must have very clear understanding of the cloud infrastructure, & updated view of the application / digital landscape. Low-code apps / Bi Dashboards / BPA.
